Driver Support chat
The Spark Driver™ support bot is available 24/7 to answer your questions.
To access the support bot, you can:
- Tap More (iOS) or Menu (Android).
- Tap Help.
- Tap CHAT NOW under Contact Driver Support.
While chatting with the Spark Driver support bot, you may see the option to escalate to a support agent.
After you’re connected with a live agent, you can send images in the chat.
To send an image, you can:
- Tap the camera icon next to the keyboard.
- Select the image you want to share.
- Tap the arrow to send the image.
Images should not include anything inappropriate or offensive (like nudity or rude hand gestures). Including inappropriate or offensive images can lead to deactivation.
