Our Spark Driver™ support bot is available 24/7 to answer your questions. To access the support bot, go to Help, and press CHAT NOW under Contact Driver Support.
You can contact Driver Support seven days a week (from 5:00 AM – 11:59 PM Central Time).
While chatting with the Spark Driver support bot, you may see the option to escalate to a chat agent. You can now send images to the agent by tapping the camera icon next to the keyboard and selecting your desired image.
