Understanding offers
Offer cards provide information about an offer before you decide whether to accept it.
Before deciding whether to accept an offer, you can review information on the offer card, including:
- Estimated trip earnings
- Delivery information
- Pickup time
- Pickup location
- Offer tags
Round robin offers
Round robin offers are sent to you.
These offers include:
- A Just for you banner.
- A timer showing how long the offer is available.
You can accept the offer before the time expires.
First come, first serve offers
First come, first serve offers are sent to you and other available drivers within the same zone.
These offers do not include a timer and may remain available until accepted or removed.
Single and batched offers
Offers may contain one or more customer orders.
Single offers
Single offers contain one customer order and one delivery location.
Batched offers
Batched offers contain two or more customer orders within the same trip.
Batched offers are picked up from the same location and may include multiple delivery stops.
Offer types
The Spark Driver platform includes several types of offers.
Delivery offers
Delivery offers involve picking up an order and delivering it to a customer.
Delivery offers may include:
- Grocery deliveries,
- Dotcom deliveries, or
- Walmart GoLocal deliveries.
Shopping offers
Shopping offers are available at participating Walmart and Sam's Club locations and involve shopping for items in a store and delivering the order.
Customer return offers
Customer return offers involve collecting an item from a customer and returning it to a participating Walmart location.
Pickup locations
Offers may require one of two pickup types.
In-store pickup
The pickup location is inside the store.
You can review pickup notes for additional information about where to go when you arrive.
Curbside pickup
The pickup location is in a designated curbside pickup area outside the store.
Offer tags
Offer tags provide additional information about an offer.
Available offer tags may include:
- Express
- Alcohol
- Pharmacy
- Heavy item
- Apartment
- Bulky item
Some offer tags may include additional delivery requirements.
Item details
- Some offers may not display item details.
- Orders may be pre-packaged for customer privacy.
