Canceled order due to product safety concerns

Some orders have items that must be delivered quickly to keep them safe. These time or temperature sensitive items may include:

  • Cold foods (milk, eggs, ice cream, etc.)
  • Hot foods (rotisserie chicken, etc.)
  • Certain prescription medications
  • Other items (live bait, etc.)

If the order doesn't get delivered these items within the time shown in the app, the order will be canceled automatically.

  • The app will show you the exact time to complete the order (usually 1-3 hours).

What should I do if my order is canceled automatically?

If the order is cancelled automatically, the app will show you the next steps to take for the order.

The earnings for this type of trip are for both delivering and, if prompted, returning the order.
