Spark Driver™ app notifications and communication preferences
Once you’ve logged into the Spark Driver™ app, you can change notifications and communication preferences to get information about your current or upcoming trips.
Allowing notifications lets you see offers and other helpful information, like new pickup locations and incentives. Setting communication preferences gives you options for how you receive that information.
Allow notifications
Before your first trip, to allow notifications, you can:
- Tap ALLOW NOTIFICATIONS.
- This message will show: “Spark Driver” Would Like to Send You Notifications.
- Tap Allow to get trip notifications and alerts.
Not receiving notifications
If you're not receiving notifications as expected, you can try:
- Open Settings on your device.
- Tap Notifications.
- Tap Spark Driver (iOS) or App notifications, then Spark Driver (Android).
- Check if Allow Notifications is selected, and if the delivery and alerts are set to your preferences.
Spark Driver communications may include push notifications or text messages. Text message preferences can be managed using the opt-out instructions included in the message or available communication settings.
Communication preferences
To customize how you receive communications, you can:
- Tap More (iOS) or Menu (Android).
- Tap Settings.
- Tap Communication Preferences.
- You can select if and how you would like to receive communications about marketing opportunities and account related information.
