Using Spark Now
When you turn on Spark Now in the Spark Driver™ app, you can start receiving offers as they become available in your chosen delivery zone. Spark Now is available starting one hour before deliveries begin and continues until the delivery hours end.
Turning on Spark Now
If you’re ready to receive offers, you can:
- Tap Spark Now on the Home screen.
- Choose when you’d like to receive offers, and tap TURN ON.
- When Spark Now is on, the app shows the timeframe you’ve selected for receiving offers.
Using Spark Now
- You can turn on Spark Now for up to four hours at a time.
- When your selected time ends, you’ll stop receiving offers.
- You can tap Spark Now before your selected time ends if you’d like to continue receiving offers.
Spark Now Unavailable
Spark Now won’t be available until the estimated time shown if you see a pop-up that says:
“Spark Now is unavailable - Due to a suspected Terms of Use violation, Spark Now is unavailable until [time]. Your account is currently paused and under review for adherence to Terms of Use and Service Level Standards.”
To restore access after you see this message, you can try Spark Now again at the suggested time shown in the error message. Driver Support is unable to make changes to your Spark Now status.
Spark Now Disabled
The feature may be temporarily disabled if you see a pop-up that says:
“Spark Now is disabled”
This doesn’t always mean your Spark Driver account has been deactivated. It usually means that your account information needs to be updated.
To restore access to Spark Now, you can:
- Check that your driver’s license and auto insurance are up to date.
- Review App issues for optional troubleshooting.
Turning off Spark Now
You can turn off Spark Now at any time.
To stop receiving offers, you can:
- Tap the time shown next to Get offers until on the Home screen.
- Tap TURN OFF.
