Viewing and changing your delivery zone

Delivery zones shows where you can accept offers on the Spark Driver™ platform. 

  • As a new driver, the zone you selected during enrollment is the zone that you will see in-app.
  • While on the Spark Driver platform, you can only select one delivery zone at a time.
  • If you choose to change your zone during an incentive period, it can affect your eligibility to receive the incentive.

To view your current delivery zone, you can:

1.    tap CHANGE ZONE on the Home screen.

Your selected zone will show next to Current Zone.

As a new driver on the Spark Driver platform, you can only change your zone after completing your first 3 trips in the zone selected during enrollment.

After your first 3 trips on the Spark Driver platform, you can change your zone any time.

If you’d like to change your zone, you can:

1.    tap CHANGE ZONE on the Home screen.

2.    enter a ZIP code to search for available zones in the area.

3.    select your preferred zone from the list.

4.    tap SAVE on the upper-right side of the screen.
