One-Time Password unsuccessful

Some drivers have had issues with their one-time passwords (OTP) because their phone numbers aren’t updated in the system.  


Troubleshooting Steps 

Here are some steps you can try: 

  1. Go to my.ddiwork.com 
  2. Click Forgot Username.
  3. Enter the email address associated with your account. 
  4. You'll get a username in a text message on the phone number associated with your account.
    If you don't get the text, then you'll likely need to update the phone number on your account.
  5. Enter the username and password on the sign-in page. 
  6. Follow these steps on the screen: 
    1. Complete the OTP. 
    2. Set security questions. 
    3. Choose a new password. 

You can now sign in with the username and the new password you just set. 

If this doesn’t fix the sign-in error, then your account may need a contact information update.
