One-Time Password unsuccessful
Some drivers have had issues with their one-time passwords (OTP) because their phone numbers aren’t updated in the system.
Troubleshooting Steps
Here are some steps you can try:
- Go to my.ddiwork.com
- Click Forgot Username.
- Enter the email address associated with your account.
- You'll get a username in a text message on the phone number associated with your account.If you don't get the text, then you'll likely need to update the phone number on your account.
- Enter the username and password on the sign-in page.
- Follow these steps on the screen:
- Complete the OTP.
- Set security questions.
- Choose a new password.
You can now sign in with the username and the new password you just set.
If this doesn’t fix the sign-in error, then your account may need a contact information update.
