Real-time identity verification

Updated by Cassie Ates

Verify your identity

To help keep your account safe, the Spark Driver™ app has real-time identity verification.

This means you’ll be asked to periodically take a real-time selfie of yourself and your driver’s license, giving your account an additional layer of security. This helps verify your identity to make sure only you have access to your account.

We’re committed to keeping you and your account safe from unauthorized users.
