Receiving offers

Available offers depend on the order volume within your zone and vary from day to day. Offers are generally available between 6:00 AM and 11:00 PM.

You can:

  • Turn on Spark Now to become available to receive offers.
  • Use the heatmap on the Home screen to see where orders are likely available.
    • The heatmap updates regularly and gives real-time information on offer activity.
  • Check your location. Your distance from the pickup area matters.
    • No offer area (within 150 feet): Pickup area parking spaces are reserved for drivers actively picking up orders. You won’t receive offers within this area.
    • Highest offer priority (150 feet to 1 mile): If you're within this range, you'll have the same offer priority as other drivers in this area, but a higher customer rating increases your chances of receiving offers.
  • Tap Change Zone to change your preferred delivery zone to a neighboring area if you are not receiving offers in your current zone.
    • Changing zones during an incentive period may affect your eligibility for incentives.
Offers are not guaranteed and may change daily based on offers available in your area. As an independent contractor, you are free to choose which offers to accept or reject. There is no minimum requirement.
