How to update earnings accounts
If you want to update where your earnings are sent, you can change your earnings account in the Spark Driver™ app. This includes linking a bank account or OnePay Cash account.
If you would like to change your earnings account, you can:
- Log in to the Spark Driver app.
- Tap More (iOS) or Menu (Android).
- Tap Account.
- Tap Earnings overview.
- Tap Manage earnings settings to view other earnings account options.
Depending on your current earnings method status and what you'd like to update, the options may vary within the app.
To link a bank account, you can tap:
- LINK BANK ACCOUNT if you don't have an existing account linked, or
- Change Account if you'd like to link a different account.
To link a OnePay Cash account, you can tap:
- APPLY FOR ONEPAY CASH if you don't have an existing OnePay account, or
- Make Primary if you'd like to update your OnePay Cash account as your primary earnings method.
You can see any updates to your primary earnings account as soon as you make the switch. Earnings will be disbursed into your account starting the Monday after the change was requested. If a valid earnings account is not linked to your Spark Driver account, any outstanding disbursements will be sent by mail to the address listed in your account. Not linking an active and valid earnings account can lead to account deactivation.
