Packaged and bundled items
- Some items may be packaged together and priced as a bundle.
- Individual items are not available to be selected separately from a bundle.
Pickup tickets / pull cards
- Some items may have a pickup ticket associated with them and may be stored in a locked area.
- Signage may be available, or an associate may assist with retrieving the item.
- An associate may be required to unlock the area and retrieve the item.
Locating an item
Item location details
- For each item a customer requests, a picture of the item may be available along with the aisle number and section number.
- Some items may be located quickly based on familiarity with the Sam’s Club layout.
- Aisle and section numbers can be used to help locate items throughout the Sam’s Club.
Section labels
- Section labels can be used when looking for an item within an aisle.
- One white tag with aisle and section information is typically located on each shelf.

- Sam’s Club layouts may vary by location.
