Logging into a Spark Driver account
To log into your Spark Driver™ app, you can use the email address entered during account creation then choose any of the verification methods to complete login.
You can choose to:
- enter the verification code sent to your phone.
 - enter the verification code sent to your email address.
 - enter your password.
 
Email address
If you tried to log in with your email address and were prompted to Create your Spark Driver™ Account, it could be that the email that was entered is not linked to an existing Spark Driver account.
You can try to log in again with a different email address that may be linked to your account.
Need help with your email?
- You can update the Communications email once you are logged into your account, but this doesn’t change your email used to login.
- Once your account has been created, the email address used to login cannot be updated or changed.
 
 - If you no longer have access to the email address you used to create your account, you can contact your email provider to learn about available account recovery options.
 
Verification method didn’t work
Verification code sent to phone number or email address
The verification methods are sent to the phone or Communications email information on file.
If the selected verification method doesn’t work, you can tap Try another way to choose a different verification option.
Change Password
To reset your password, you can:
- tap Forgot password? on the login screen.
 - select the option for how to receive your verification code.
 
- enter the verification code sent to your email and tap CONTINUE.
 - enter the verification code sent to your phone number and tap CONTINUE.
 
- choose a new password that meets all requirements listed.
 
- If you enter a password that has already been used before, you’ll see the message, “Please choose a different password.”
 
- tap Create your new password and sign in.
 
Still can’t log in to the Spark Driver App?
If you can’t log into the app, you can:
- check if you are using the latest version of the Spark Driver app.
 - check if your phone has the latest version of its operating system.
 - try turning off your phone completely and restarting.
