You must be 18 years of age or older to complete deliveries on the Spark Driver platform.
Yes. Passengers can't participate in Shopping or Delivery though. Children who aren't old enough to be left alone in a car are not allowed.
Yes. Orders must be kept free from contamination, including by pets or pet hair. Walmart may refuse to provide orders if vehicles do not meet vehicle standards. Only service animals are allowed in stores.
No, you many only create one Spark Driver account. Also, sharing accounts with multiple drivers is prohibited.
Currently, the Spark Driver platform doesn't have this capability. For now, when enrolling, please enter the preferred name you would like to use on the platform. Please remember, once a name is entered, you can't change it later.
Yes. Please contact Driver Support.
The Spark Driver Contract and App Terms of Use require you to:
- Have a mobile phone number with the U.S. country code +1 followed by ten digits.
- Have a mobile device with camera and GPS capabilities.
- Not use VOIP (Voice Over Internet Protocol) or VPN (Virtual Private Network) when accessing the Spark Driver platform.
Yes. Proof of auto insurance is collected as part of yoru enrollment onto the Spark Driver platform. Proof of valid auto insurance is needed for each vehicle you'll use, which includes: your name used during enrollment, expiration date, and vehicle information. Details on the auto insurance document should be clear, not cropped or cut off, and right-side up.
When you agree to the Spark Driver Contract and App Terms of Use, you agree that a weapon will not be visible in your vehicle while performing Services with the Spark Driver app. You can find the Terms of Use in the Spark Driver app.
If you’d like to delete your Spark Driver app account, follow these steps within the app:
On iOS, tap More in the bottom-right, then tap Settings > Manage Account > Delete account.
On Android, tap the menu icon, then tap Settings > Manage Account > Delete account.
Please note, you’ll be permanently removed from the Spark Driver platform*. You’ll lose access to all data, including incentives, metrics, and trip details. You won’t be able to reapply or create a new account in the future.
