App issues
If your Spark Driver™ app isn’t working as expected, you can try these steps to help identify any potential issues:
- Make sure you’re using the latest version of the Spark Driver app.
- If you’re in a store, try connecting to the store’s free Wi-Fi.
- Close and reopen the app.
- Restart your device, if possible.
- Sign out of the Spark Driver app, then sign back in.
- For GPS, location, or navigation issues, uninstall the app and download the latest version of the Spark Driver app.
- If Spark Now is disabled, check the banner for instructions on how to update your account information.
Troubleshooting
If you’re not receiving notifications or offers, you can use these troubleshooting tests to check for settings, notifications, or registration issues.
- Tap More (iOS) or Menu (Android).
- Tap Settings.
- Tap Troubleshooting.
- The app automatically runs the Spark settings, Token registration, and Test notification tests.
- Tap RUN TESTS to manually run the tests in case they don’t run automatically.
When a test result notification appears:
- Green checkmarks for Spark settings, Token registration, and Test notification mean the app is working as expected.
- A red exclamation mark means the app will show helpful information to resolve the issue.
