Issues with confirming arrival at the store or customer location

You can take these steps if you’re unable to check-in at the store or customer’s location:

  • Confirm you’re using the latest version of the Spark Driver™ app.
  • Make sure the location settings are enabled for the Spark Driver app.
  • Try getting closer to the destination and retry.
  • If none of the steps above work, please reach out to an associate for help.
