Reviewing your trips
Trips will appear as either completed or canceled on the Trips tab. If you’d like to review your past trip details,
- on iOS: tap Trips in the bottom menu.
- on Android: tap the Menu icon in the top-left corner, then TRIPS.
Under your trip history:
- You can see accepted trip.
Completed trips will show Estimated Earnings.
- Canceled status shows when you accepted a trip, but the trip was not completed (due to a cancellation).
- Go the Earnings tab to see if there are confirmed earnings for any of your canceled trips.
- Drivers in Colorado will see labels for who canceled a trip, which will appear as either Canceled by business or Canceled by driver.
Colorado Driver Info
Drivers in Colorado will see a new section in the main menu, labeled Colorado Driver Info, where they can find summary level information on:
- engaged time: the time from accepting an offer to completing delivery.
- engaged mileage: mileage from accepting an offer to completing a delivery.
