Quantity Found metric for Shopping & Delivery orders
The Quantity Found metric is specific to Shopping & Delivery orders.
It tracks the number of times the driver finds the right quantity of the item(s) on the customer shopping list or, if the total quantity of the item is unavailable, offers them a substitution.
The metric only applies when a customer chooses to receive substitutions.
Tapping the CAN'T FIND ITEM button notifies the customer if an item is unavailable and lets you add a substitution if requested. If the customer hasn’t already requested a specific substitution, you can use your best judgment in choosing a substitute.
