Using the Report Issue feature in the app

You can use the Report an Issue feature to report issues with the Spark Driver™ app, offers, or earnings or share suggestions and feedback about your app experience, like layout, navigation, or features that feel unclear.

To use this feature, you can:

  1. Tap More (iOS) or Menu (Android).
  2. Tap Help.
  3. Tap Report an Issue.

To provide details about the issue and submit your feedback, you can:

  1. Select the category option that best matches what you are reporting.
  2. Select an option from the Specific issue list displayed.
  3. Tap OK.
  4. Type comments about the issue in the text box provided. It is helpful to enter as much detail as possible.
    Important: Do not include sensitive or personal information, such as a Social Security number, in the text field.
  5. Tap SAVE to save your comments.
  6. Tap CAMERA to attach an image or take a photo, or tap GALLERY to share an image already on your device, if you’d like.
  7. Tap SEND when you are done entering your feedback.

Your reported issue will be reviewed, and you may be contacted if additional information is needed. Reports are typically reviewed within 48 hours.

Information about your device, account, and the Spark Driver app is included automatically with your report.
