Picking up an order
Once you’ve accepted an offer, you can go to the pickup location.
The steps below explain how to pick up an order based on the type of pickup location.
Starting your trip
When you're ready to go to the pickup location, you can:
- Tap START TRIP.
- Tap NAVIGATE to open your default navigation app and get directions to the pickup location.
- Tap PICKUP NOTES to review helpful details, such as parking instructions, pickup locations, or who to ask for when you arrive.
- Slide CONFIRM ARRIVAL when you arrive at the pickup location.
Pickup location types
Curbside pickup
- After confirming your arrival, you can tap SELECT under My Parking Spot and choose your parking spot number or letter, if available.
- A store associate will ask you for the Driver Code shown in the app to confirm the order. Once confirmed, the store associate will hand-off the order or load the order into your vehicle.
In-store pickup
- You can follow the In-Store Pickup signs to the designated pickup area inside the store.
- A store associate will ask you for the Driver Code shown in the app to confirm the order. Once confirmed, the store associate will hand-off the order or load the order into your vehicle.
Curbside pickup
- Pickup notes may include details such as mall parking instructions, where to pick up the order, or who to ask for when you arrive.
- You can follow the instructions shown in the app to complete the pickup.
Receiving and scanning orders
When prompted in the app, you can:
- Tap START SCANNING LABELS to open the scanner and scan each label.
- Each customer order has one or more labels to scan.
- If you’re having trouble scanning labels, you can view Customer labels and scanning for more info.
- Slide START DELIVERY after all labels are scanned successfully to continue.
- If you’re delivering orders for more than one customer, you may find it helpful to place the orders in separate areas of your vehicle to keep them organized.
