Not receiving offers
If you aren't receiving offers, you can try these tips:
- Make sure Spark Now is turned on.
- Run through these common app troubleshooting steps.
For all other issues, you can report feedback in the Report an Issue section of the app: go to Help > Report an Issue > Less Offers.
Colorado offers
As of August 6, 2024, all offers in Colorado get issued as round robin offers, which are first come, first serve—you'll only see one offer come in at a time. The app sends offers to individual drivers based on a combination of factors, like location, item size, or offer size. The offer will have you wait 60 seconds to accept or reject it, starting at the time you receive the offer notification. If you reject the offer, you will not see it again.
