Not receiving offers
If you are not receiving offers, you can try these tips:
- Check if Spark Now is turned on.
- Turn off notifications for the Spark Driver™ app, and then turn them back on (in the Spark Driver™ app, go to Settings > Notification Settings > Notifications > Allow Notifications).
- Check your power-saving settings. You can add the Spark Driver app to battery saver exceptions.
- If you’re still not seeing notifications, press the Offers tab on the Home screen, then refresh the Offers screen.
If none of the above suggestions resolve the issue, your zone may currently have low order volume, or it may be outside the time offers are sent out. Check back again during a timeframe where offers are typically sent out.
