How can I tell if I was deactivated?
You should have received communication(s) at the time of the deactivation by email, text message, or in-app notification. You'll see a banner saying, "Your Spark Driver™ account has been deactivated," on your home screen and you won't be able to turn on Spark Now anymore.
Why was I deactivated?
Deactivations are a result of alleged violations of the Spark Driver Contract and App Terms of Use. You can find them in the app under More > Settings.
How can I appeal my deactivation?
Log in to the Spark Driver profile and select this form to fill out an appeal. Give a brief explanation that will help our team review your case. After submitting your statement, you'll get an in-app notification and a text message stating that we received your appeal.
What happens after I submit an appeal?
Please allow 3-5 business days for our associates to review your statement and account history. Our team will reach out to you by in-app notification and a text message about the resolution of your account.
