Deactivation FAQs
You should have received communication at the time of the deactivation by email or in-app notification. You'll see a banner saying, "Account deactivated," on your home screen and you won't be able to turn on Spark Now anymore.
Deactivations are a result of the Spark Driver Contract and App Terms of Use. You can find them in the app under More > Settings.
Log in to the Spark Driver profile and select this this form to fill out an appeal
Please allow our associates to review your statement and account history. Our team will reach out to you by in-app notification about the resoultion of your account. The notification will say, "Your account is now active. You can turn on Spark Now to find nearby offers".
