Viewing and changing your delivery zone
Your delivery zone shows where you are able to accept offers on the Spark Driver™ platform.
- As a new driver, you will see the zone you selected during enrollment in the app.
- You can only select one delivery zone at a time.
- If you choose to change your zone during an incentive period, it can affect your eligibility to receive the incentive.
To view your current delivery zone, you can:
- Tap CHANGE ZONE on the Home screen.
On the Change Your Zone screen, your Current Zone will show at the top.
You can change your zone any time.
If you’d like to change your zone, you can:
- Tap CHANGE ZONE on the Home screen.
- Enter a ZIP code to search for available zones in the area.
- Select your preferred zone from the list.
- Tap SAVE on the upper-right corner of the screen.
