Accessing your driver account

We’ve made some changes to the way you reset your password and access your Spark Driver™ app account information. You won’t have to access your driver account through the web portal. You can access all account information directly through the Spark Driver app.

When logging in or resetting a password, you will need to verify your account with a 6-digit verification code. You’ll be asked to consent to receiving the code through the email and phone number associated with your driver account.

Logging into your Spark Driver app account

  1. Open the Spark Driver app.
  2. Enter the email address associated with your Spark Driver account.
  3. Tap Continue.
  4. Enter your password, then tap Continue.
  5. To consent to receiving a verification code, tap Continue.
  6. Enter the 6-digit verification code.
  7. Tap Continue.
If the verification code is entered incorrectly 3 times, you can try again in 30 minutes. A banner will appear at the top of the screen:

You exceeded the maximum number of attempts. Please wait 30 mins before requesting a new verification code.
