Downloading the Spark Driver™ app and creating an account
Once you're taken off the waitlist, you'll receive an email and text message with details of how to get started on the Spark Driver™ app. To find the app, you can look in your App Store or Google Play, and search for "Spark Driver."
Download the app and log in
- You can download the app.
- Once the Sign-In screen displays, you can enter the email you used to sign up and the temporary password you received. You'll be prompted to create a new password later when you create your account.
Create Spark Driver app account
- After logging in, the app will ask you to review and accept a couple of agreements:
- Spark Driver Contract and App Terms of Use, which describes the guidelines and service-level standards for drivers using the app.
- Non-Disclosure and Dispute Resolution Agreement, which describes how drivers should handle confidential information and resolve a legal dispute.
- You can scroll through and read the agreements.
- After reviewing, if you agree, you can tap the ACCEPT button to continue. If you reject either agreement, you’ll be prompted to sign out of the app.
