About trip receipts
Trip receipts include earnings and other details for completed trips. A trip receipt is shown after a trip is completed in the Spark Driver™ app. It can help you understand how trip-related amounts are shown in the Earnings tab.
Trip receipts reflect the information available when they’re generated. The information shown may vary depending on the trip, available features, and whether all related earnings have finished processing.
Viewing trip receipts
You can view trip receipts from the Earnings tab.
Available receipts may vary based on your completed trips and processing status. Some earnings may not appear right away if they are still being confirmed or processed.
Understanding receipt details
Receipt line items provide more detail about the amounts connected to a completed trip.
Some amounts may appear as separate line items to help show where the earnings came from. For example, trip earnings, tips, or incentive earnings may be listed separately when available.
What impacts receipt totals?
Receipt totals may include multiple types of earnings, such as:
- Trip earnings
- Confirmed tips
- Incentive earnings
These amounts may be finalized at different times and can have different processing timelines. Because of this, some earnings may appear or update after the trip receipt is first available.
If additional earnings are processed later, the information shown in the Earnings tab may be updated.
